Clara finished treatment in Sept. 2019 and is in remission. She is so grateful to all her customers who helped her realize her goals and raise money for such a worthy cause as Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She's proud to say she raised $10,000 for CHOP! She's developing a new business plan so please stay tuned. For now, all donations will go toward her buying supplies to make slime kits for kids at CHOP.
Hi my name is Clara. I am 12 years old and I have leukemia. I never really knew what it meant to have cancer. All I knew was that it was bad. I was diagnosed with AML, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, on Valentines Day, 2019. Ever since that day my world has been flipped upside down. There have been some days I can't eat or even get out of bed. During those times, it's helpful to have something to play or fidget with. I started playing with slimes and putties and it really helped me to relax and to stay calm. I truly want to help the other kids on my floor at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) - and their families. My goal is to help raise some funds for the families, so all profits from the slimes sold here, and all donations will benefit CHOP, and the patients and families they care for.
What our customers are saying:
It's the squishiest, stretchiest, sweetest-smelling, best, slime I've ever poked my fingers into!
Clara’s slimes are amazing! They are thick and glossy and you also get the joy to be donating money to a cause while playing with slime.
It's gross. I love it.
