Slime Care: Keeping Your Slime Slimey
Playing with Slime: How to optimize your fun
Wash and dry your hands before playing with slime.
When you finish playing with your slime, toss it back in its air-tight container, and store in a cool, dark place.
Troubleshooting: Is your slime…
Drying out or getting hard? Mix in a little lotion or school glue to bring it back to its soft, gooey state.
Sticky or melted? Dose your slime with a few drops of activator and knead to help it bounce back.
Dropping beads or glitter? Items suspended in slime may fall out if you use too much activator, you can add a bit of glue to get it back into balance.
Activator: Mixing it up so you can dose it out
Take the 1 tsp. of included Borax and mix it into 1 cup of hot water.
You can store the mixed activator for multiple uses – but label it appropriately!
Do not get the Borax in your eyes or mouth!
Keeping it safe: Guidelines for the safest, most fun experience
Do not eat your slime! (Or put it in your mouth, your nose, your ears, etc...)
Slime is not recommended for kids 3 and younger.
